Imaginate Marketing and Communication donate a percentage of their monthly nett income to the National Kiwi Trust. We encourage other businesses to sponsor a Kiwi and help protect this iconic symbol of New Zealand so the future children of this country can experience this unique bird.

Rainbow Springs in Rotorua began with one egg hatched as part of the Department of Conservation Operation Nest Egg initiative, they have now hatched and released over 500 kiwi chicks. Their expert husbandry staff are now assisting the Department of Conservation and other institutions and are considered to be leading the country in terms of research and scientific data collation.

The cost to fund this program for one year is estimated to be over $400,000.00 Public admissions help raise public awareness but little else. Funding ensures our ability to research, house and feed these precious birds and play our vital role in their survival.

The National Kiwi Trust was established in April 2006 as a means to obtain funding to provide sustainability and growth to the development of the Save the Kiwi Program. Rainbow Springs has already contributed more than 2.0 million dollars to this very important cause.
