    Firstly, know your business to grow your business: We will measure the essential elements of your business: leadership, planning, organisation and people management, marketing, branding and customer focus, sales strategies and implementation, resource management, quality and systems, knowledge collection, storage, access and application, financial performance and asset management

    Now, if that is all we do, it will be a considerable addition to your management process. You will be able to identify strengths and weaknesses, make informed decisions and focus on the most important things first

    Secondly, having decided what is important, we will then provide you with the means to make the necessary changes in an orderly fashion. e.g. create/update your Business Plan and Marketing Plan.

  3. Finally, we will step up and train your team in the improved management support systems that will let you sleep at night. We will:
    • Revise your cash flow management system
    • Create a financial reporting system that lets you control your business
    • Formulate your business to be in a 'Ready for Sale' state
